challenging buyer

i am just asking can a buyer called me stupid, rude and unreliable plus sarcastic?

ok 7 negs in a year with around 79,000 positives. i`m not perfect, but i`m not the anything other than honest and hard working. 

i been trading on ebay for 17 years and yes all had good and bad sellers/buyers? it`s just royal mail did not post the item, they lost her item.

i just offered to refund, she didn`t give me time to offer a replacement. yes i send the item tracked, but the postie`s not scanned it i guess.

she said i was playing the game and was to going to get me bad marks with ebay staff. she was reporting me, but i sent the item on time and cheaper than other sellers too.

any suggestions, or am i just a naive fool. thank you ,Stu

Not a lot you can do about ignorant buyers, but BLOCKED BIDDERS LIST would be my first reaction.

Reporting you to ebay is a bit ridiculous you have more grounds for reporting her!! Unfortunately there is really no point.

If this is the lady who left a negative, you may be in luck, you can report her for Feedback Extortion and ebay might remove the Neg. https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/policies/feedback-policies/feedback-extortion-policy?id=4230
