I sold 2 items to a buye and all is okay with the sale. I post my items with royal mail 1 item has tracked ( 2 items 1 package) the 2nd item will not mark ad despatched, I can click on the show item as dispatched and it accepts the click no eo messages but the system refuses to show as dispatched.
can you advise ?
