A buyer has requested that I post a "collection only" item. It would be difficult to post so I do not wish to do so. If they had discussed it before buying I would have considered it and looked into it but they did not. Advice please.
You would need to cancel the transaction, use the "Problem with buyers address" option to avoid a defect on your account and get your selling fees credited back to you, click on the Resolution Centre link top/bottom of must ebay pages.
