I am trying to cancel a bid from a buyer in china i get has far as another reason and it
will not continue.
He won't be able to Pay as your Listing is set to UK Only. If he Wins Cancel the Sale using "Problem with Buyers Address.". Your EBay Final Value Fees will be Credited back to your Seller Account.
Not sure what you mean by "another reason" there is only provision for one reason -
