cancellation by seller

I won a auction  for electronics and I received email first email that I won auction and then your order was cancelled.

The reason- I'm out of stock or the item is damaged.' but in description of auction was - no faults, great kit

I believe the seller was hoping for a larger end price.

Is there enything I can do with it?

You cant force them to sell 

If they cancelled out of stock then they will have a defect on their account and pay the fees

It is very bad ebaying but nothing you can do.

You should be able to leave feedback.
