canceling an item

Hi sorry did not make myself clear.

I am the buyer, already made the payment, then realized that i did not read the description of the listing properly, a mistake was made when buying the goods. And I want to cancel the purchase. The item hasn't been sent as it was a collect option.  I haven't heard from the seller since then! thank you for your help.

sellers don't have to agree to cancel

 

if they don't agree and send the item you will need to collect it from the collection point 

 

then if the seller is a business you can start a return and pay to return the item to get a refund

 

 

if the seller is a private seller you have no right to return

If you don't Pay you will receive an Unpaid Item Strike on your Account.

Send the Seller a Cancellation Request from More Actions. They can Accept or Decline
