cancel the order

hello, I as a winner of the auction. I have replaced the view and I do not want to buy the goods (concord car seat isofix). I contacted the seller who canceled this order. but the seller does not agree to cancelled this order.
how do i proceed?

Sellers don't have to cancel orders, you entered a contract to purchase, if you have paid the item is yours, if it's a UK business you can return at your own expense, any other type of seller you can't return.

If you haven't paid you'll get an unpaid strike on your account.
