blokey selling hoover starting bid £3. Invited to make offers, did so but both declined. bid £3 and as yet still winning. said blokey emails me to say that there is a 365 reserve on hoover, checked and found out not so. If i win item can blokey refuse to sell unless i cough up his "reserve". Why can't i speak to ebay rep about this, so annoying.

EBay is unlikely to be interested at this stage.

If the seller has set a reserve price the listing will say so. Otherwise, the highest bid will win the item.

You will just have to wait until the auction ends. If the seller returns your payment or refuses to sell eBay will charge them full fees for the sale, and according to the reason given eBay may penalise them with an account defect.

All you can do is leave appropriate feedback, and move on.
