can't log in to paypal account

Hi. Can't login to paypal account as I'd need the verification code. But my mobile number changed a long time ago. Problem is - in order to view that on my profile, yes, you guessed right: one needs to LOG IN. 😄 Need help from Paypal? In order to reach them, you ALSO need to log in. So...what do I do now?

Fingers crossed. I have not had that problem but could you open a new account to get to the paypal CS. It is not good if you can not contact them at all without code but things seem to be getting tighter with security. My banks often require codes.

Thanks. I did just that: opened a new account. But now I'm having trouble
contacting them through it. It seems I could only contact them if I had a
transaction, but I don't intend to use this account and bc it is brand new,
I got no transactions here...so right now I'm at another dead end.
