can not archive a purchase

Hi,

I purchased an item and the seller issued a partial refund for it. I want to "Hide order" in the purchase history but there is no such option for some reason. There is a line saying "your payment is pending" and it does not let me to hide the order. The item was fully paid for, then the partial refund was issued. My PayPal records do not show any problems, everything is "complete". I contacted the seller and they confirmed that everything if fine on their end and the payment went through nicely and the refund was issued and completed, too. 

I would appreciate any help please.

UPDATE:

I contacted customer service and they said this is normal and the order will get hidded itself after 60 days. So I guess the problem is solved. Thank you!
