can I revert to a personal account from a business account?

I have asked on a chat to cancell my business account to a personal account and ebay siad they will give a decision in a few days. However, I have not had a decision. So is it possible to revert to personal account?

Only ebay CS can change account type, if they say no either carry on as business or open new personal account.

You can't transfer feedback though.
