If the seller cancelled without your agreement, the seller will likely have earned themselves an account defect but you will have automatically been refunded.

Refunds are returned to the original payment source.
PayPal payments are often instant whereas Debit Cards can take up to 7 days to show and Credit Cards up to 30 days.
