Hi,
Hermes have said they have delivered my item to my customer but left parcel in porch, even though i paid for it to be signed for. now my buyer is saying they have not recived parcel.
cant get in touch with hermes, does anyone have any advise please.

Put the tracking is on the item in your sold section
The buyer should open a dispute in the resolution centre and once they do if the item shows Delivered then you would win any dispute.
You seem to post by packlink so if that is the case then it is packlink that needs contacting
If it does not say delivered then when the buyer opens the dispute you would have to refund in full and make a claim with packlink
Without the parcel being signed for and trackable online to that affect your going to have to refund the buyer in full,by asking the buyer to open an item not received case and you can refund in the case details without it affecting your account and will be credited back any fvf fees.
If the item shows as signed for then you have done your bit and the buyer should of either made arragements to take in the parcel or stated a safe place for it to be left.
Hermes is a terrible carrier,and whilst there is nothing stopping you from claiming for a missing parcel (if not signed for as delivered),they rarely pay out on claims
