A buyer is complaining that hair brush broken 11 weeks after receipt ( was new in packaging).
I am not a shop, this was an unused item I had.
What advise would you give.....
It's far too late for the buyer to use eBay's 30 day money back guarantee.
In theory they could still file a paypal dispute, but only if the item was received broken. PP doesn't cover items that fail in use.
You can either ignore the request, or point out that you're not a busness seller and can't accept faults not reported within the 30 day time limit for eBay's money back guarantee.
I would advose adding this buyer to your blocked bidders list, see: https://offer.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?BidderBlockLogin
If you also wish to block them from sending them messages, you can also edit your buyer preferences to block messages from blocked bidders, see: https://offer.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?BuyerBlockPreferences
