buyer abusing ebay moneyback guarantee

A buyer has abused the ebay money back guarantee claiming an item was listed not as described even though it was listed in line with ebay policies.

I asked ebay to step in and ebay have decided in favour of the buyer. I was selling a remote control and some of the buttons were not working. I stated this in the listing as well as stating this when I sent the invoice yet ebay sided with the buyer. My confidence in ebay as a seller is gone!

If the buyer reports the false positive you left your comment will be removed and it will damage your account more than the neg they left.
