I wish to Buy it now on an item that is heavy so has to be collected. Both the seller and I prefer payment by cash at the time of collection, to avoid any chance of fraud by either party. However, to complete Buy it now, I have to send payment by Papal. How do I Buy the item, and meet our requirements.
