i recently couldnt log in so bought as a guest . item hasnt arrived. ebay link to buyer broken how can i contact buyer . ebay help is sending me round in circles. if its designed to confuse and discorouge SUCCess. as for help FAIL

You don't need ebay, you open a Not Received Case with PAYPAL, and escalate after 3 days if seller has not refunded.
