How do I block a seller from continuing to send messages long after the initial refund request was sorted?

May seem strange but first you have to add to BLOCKED BIDDERS LIST and then select to Block Messages. 

I suggest you enter BLOCK MESSAGES in Help & Contact and follow instructions.

Yes did the help and contact bit initially but only option was to report seller which I was reluctant to do. Hadnt thought about blocking them as a buyer. Thankyou will wait and see what happens now.
