Where is the seller?

I am afraid that due to ignorance or the fact that seller uses a Courier far too many sellers exclude Northern Ireland, Highlands of Scotland and Off Shore Islands as their knowledge of the parts of the UK is poor or non existant

You have to make allowances as Geography does not seem to be taught very well, and point out to the seller that Scotland is in the United Kingdom, the UK is still part of Europe, and that postage rates are the same for all parts of the UK

I suggest pointing out to seller who is in Liverpool that Scotland is up the M1 and keep going.

of course Scotland is part of Europe but as you say here  - the seller does not post to Europe.
