being robbed on postage

Hi,How can ebay justify and allow a seller to charge £9.28p for 3 tiny beads for a bangle?I have just posted 2nd class a ladies coat and it cost £2.80.i have asked three times if they will do combined postage and they have chosen to ignore me.i dont wish to pay for these items what do i do now.I Would like to add that i have been buying off ebay for a number of years and have never ever refused to pay for anything and i have always paid as soon as an invoice has been sent,i am a fair person and i do not rip anyone off with postage so i do not expect anyone to  rip me off.Thank you for any help.

Sellers are not obliged to combine postage if they don't want to. I'm guessing you didn't ask BEFORE you bid, or you would have walked away.  If you don't pay, the seller will likely open 3 non paying bidder cases, which will lead to 3 strikes. If that happens you will find your buying powers are severely restricted as most sellers have their site preferences set to block bidders with 2 or more.

If you pay all three lots of postage, you should message the seller and say you expect them all to be posted seperately, as you have been made to pay seperately for the postage.
