you don't 'set it up'
as auto bidding is how ebay works
you just decide the maximum you are willing to pay and place that as your bid
ebay then auto bids for you until you either win the item or are outbid
Just place the Highest Bid you are prepared to Pay. The EBay system does the Automatic Bidding.
