i sold item to a buyer who then switched part of the item for a broken part then returned the item claiming it was broken in pictures you can see the item is clearly different. it would have cost the buyer only 5 pounds to buy the new part but this way I have to pay all postage costs as well. i spoke to ebay rep from some distant corner of the world who said i need to go to the police i tried to explain the police would laugh at me , but agent refused to listen or accept the pictures i offered to send. what are you suppose to do when eBay put these idiots online?
