you have to click on help & contact at the top of the page and drill down through the options

but it is quicker to just ask your question here on the boards

Thanks for the quick response. I had scrolled down and the chat and the call back option were not live. So I went round and round trying to find a number to call them on, and still didn't. Next day both were up and running. It was for my grand-daughter who was having an issue with her account which she thought that she had sorted, and she'd been trying to find a number for some quick action without success. She managed to get some action when things went live. Thanks again.
