amending a selling invoice

Hello

I have just sold an item which was marked for personal collction only, or so I thought.

The buyer is being prevented from paying for the item because no delivery charges are soecified. I require nor collection fee but have no idea how to amend the invoice as rqyuested. Please help

you listed it as courier delivery

as it is a collection item the buyer needs to pay in cash when they collect.

No idea what you have done, but go to MORE ACTIONS > Send payment details > Enter postage as 0.00 and it should work.

looked at the listing, you did not select COLLECTION you put Courier and therefore need postage EVEN if Nil.
