agreed return for buyer &refund, but case closed without issuing return label? how do I send label?

I sold an item that the buyer upon receipt realised wasnt right for them. Buyer opened a return which I agreed and to a partial refund. But ebay closed the return automatically without issuing the buyer the returns label! not sure what went wrong. Now I cannot upload a postage label for the buyer to print and get the item back to me . How can I get a label to the buyer?

You don't get a return with a partial refund,it's return for full refund or give partial refund and buyer keeps item.

If you accepted the return the buyer should have automatically received a link to print a label.   If not ask them to pay the return postage at the post office and you can include it in your refund.
