additional charges for purchase

hello,

I have ordered Nano S & paid as agreed 77.05£ for Nano S + 15.41£ for postage - OVERALL 92.46 £.
Now the Royal Mail ask me to pay additional 25.67£ for CUSTON CHARGE..., or they will not give it to me...

Custom charge was not mentioned anywhere when I purchased it ...

I bought it for the price 92.46£, not for 118.13£ ( 92.46£+25.67£).

Now the price increased by 25%...

The item is still in Royal Mail post, so technically I have not received it.

the seller sais that custom charge or VAT is what I have to pay additionally.

It was not agreed or mentioned anywhere about additional charges, so I feel that the seller fooled me...

please advise
