adding a tracking to a case not happening

If you have a request and are offered the 3 normal options.

 

message the buyer

Update the tracking number

Refund the buyer.

 

you cannot add the tracking number. it says invalid. You kinow its real because its on the dispatch already on ebay and it is on royal mail and its on the label.

What a farcicle system ebay are operating this issue has been weeks now.

the only work around is do not select the correct carrier then hey presto it works.

 

instead of trying forge on with managed payments they should make the basics of the platform work. We all know they have run out of options on how to get more moiney from us so this is the final throw of the dice before increasing fees yet again but cum on sort out the basics.
