Good afternoon.

Someone used my e-mail and a female name to open this account.

So tried to chat with support customer service to close such account, because probably had been scammed, someone can give a tip how to close such account that doesn't belong to myself.

If you didn't open the account, how are you able to log in, as the person who opened the account would be the one with the Password?

I expect Customer services are equally unable to undertand your request as if you didn't open it then ou can't close it.
