how long has your account been suspended for, mine is 19 days and counting

Is this an actual suspension or have you reached your selling limits? You've sold lots of expensive brand new items.

You do need to upgrade to a business account, it's a legal requirement.

Why has your account been suspended and what have Ebay told you?

They aren't telling me anything, every time i contact them it seems to reset the 72hr response clock, just wondered if anyone else has experienced similar and what the outcome was or solution as i am at my wits end

Ebay do not suspend accounts for no reason and usually they let you know why. What are you trying to do that it wont let you? IF you are trying to sell and it wont let you have you signed up to https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/selling/getting-paid/introducing-managed-payments-ebay?id=4795&st=12&pos... correctly.

They have removed all of my items and wont let me list and are with holding payments

Ok and what message are you getting when you try to list?
