what on earth is that abusive buyer policy??
Is it no more than harrasing buyer from ebay, isnt it?
I received such annoying message from ebay and not allowed to reply to that email, ridiculous.
That's why I feel far more comfortable to purchase something on Amazon than ebay.
ebay systems isnt something up for buyer. ebay charge money from and now trying to be ruler or something on top of anyone.
Awfully disgustied with such an arrogant message which I never received from any seller or any other platform.
I will keep claiming reufnd if I didnt receive an item or receive item but different from it's description.
now, ebay wants to educating for who? buyer to send out such this message.
I rather no longer using ebay if they treat buyer with such a horribal stance not protecting buyer enough as much as ebay care seller.
I feel disgusting being by warned like this way or educated when I was entitled to do my right to cancel or return request.
- Filing excessive returns claiming the item is not as described when the seller described it accurately.
Read and make sure you understand this policy to help you avoid misusing eBay buyer protection programs
- Buyer’s can’t misuse eBay’s return process. The following actions are not allowed:
-- Returning an item other than the original item received
-- Using or damaging an item and then returning it
-- Making false claims, such as:
--- Returning an item with the reason that it wasn’t as described when it was described accurately
--- Saying an item wasn’t received when it was delivered
Because you may not have been aware of this policy, we're sending this notice to educate you about it and ask that you follow this policy in the future.
Not following this policy in the future will result in loss of your ability to return items on eBay and possible suspension of your account.
In order to make eBay a safe place to sell, we hold buyers to certain standards and take action to protect sellers when buyers don’t follow our policies.
The only feedback you have left is 3 negatives for the same seller. Some people might think you are a troublesome buyer and would put you on their blocked list.
It's nice to know that ebay do act when buyers have abused the MBG. For too long sellers have been at the receiving end of fraudulent cases being brought.
The only way to prevent ebay carrying out their threats is to do as they say, read descriptions carefully before bidding and ask questions if you are still not sure.
You will find that Amazon have a similar policy in place.
