That depends when it stopped working. If it was weeks or months down the line and you bought from a Private seller, there is nothing you can do.
If it did not work when you received it, then you can open a case for item not as described in the Resolution Centre at the foot of this page, escalate exactly 8 days later and you will be refunded.
