Hi all.
I had an basic ebay shop for years and 6 months ago decided to try without. I am registered as a business seller BTW. For the 6 months since closing the shop, my items that have been at zero qty have still been charged an insertion fee. I have argued with ebay for the 6 months that this should not happen. As i only stock a couple of times a year, it is handy to keep them at zero quantity so that i can easily reinstate them. Surely ebay cannot get away with charging 0.36p every month when nothingh is actually for sale. I have pointed out to them that nowhere on ebay does it say that... you will be charged an insertion fee when nothing is actually for sale. Waste of time talking to CS although i have tried. Any thoughts?
You have listings at the moment, so obviously pay 36p per listing.
Ebay never collected fees of less than £1.00, they would wait until you owe £1.00 + then collect it, so this may be why if you owed the 36p at time of closing shop.
