Zero balance now showing on my available funds since PayPal removed.

Good afternoon all.  Since PayPal was removed my available balance is zero. This money has not been transferred to PayPal. So how do I get these back?

With ebay's new managed payment system the money goes direct to your bank account within 2 working days.

The balance was zero before entering bank details but there was available funds before things changed. Just wasn't sure if the funds have gone into some sort of holding account before bank details are added.
