You closed a case with between me and the buyer re four items i posted to them. They claimed they didnt receive. You closed the case stating that receive a valid proof of delivery! What? I sent the photograph of the proof of posting receipts. What more do you want, a video recording!? I'm not happy with your wrong decision. I've enjoyed selling with Ebay but i am goung to sell with another online selling sute un future who treat their customers fairly unless you sort this out.
I'm afraid it's pretty obvious from your question that you have never read or complied with eBay's requirements for seller protection.
Your postal receipt means nothing. What eBay requires is tracking proof of delivery. When you mark items as dispatched, you are expected to upload the tracking number to eBay. All Royal Mail parcels services now provide a 16 digit tracking or delivery number, and all courier deliveries are tracked. If the buyer claims it didn't arrive, eBay will check the tracking record online. If it confirms delivery, they will not support the buyer's claim.
Unfortunately if you haven't done this before the buyer opens a case, there will be no tracking record to check and the case will automatically be found in the buyer's favour. You accepted all of this in the user agreement.
There will be nothing you can do about this now, but for the future do please take the time to read eBay's money back guarantee policy here: http://pages.ebay.co.uk/help/policies/money-back-guarantee.html
