I have just tried to send a message to a question from a buyer.
When I replied the message would not send, at the top of the page it stated 'You've exceeded the maximum number of messages you can send. Please wait 24 hours to send more messages.'
I sent two messages was on the 25th June and none since, how is this exceeding the maximum?
I have read the solution when this question was asked in 2014, but it makes no sense.
I have noticed that when ebay UK changed to the new layout it has lots of glitches e.g. having to resign in when changing pages, pages getting mixed up (showing sold with unsold).
The ebay UK experience has got more confusing.
