You need an eBay.co.uk account to enroll in the Nectar programme on eBay

Hi folks,

As far as I know I have an ebay.co.uk account (registration country is UK) and have done for more than a decade but I can't seem to link my Nectar card. Clicking on the Nectar link just gives me the 'You need an eBay.co.uk account to enroll in the Nectar programme on eBay' message and asks me to register or 'Contact Us;. I can' see any meaningful information on how to go about fixing the problem.

Although you have changed address to show as Based in UK, your account is still Registered in United States ... need to change Country of registration to the UK for access to Nectar points >

Hi, thanks for the response but my registered country was set as UK. I tried re-selecting it and hitting the change registration button to see if that would help, but no change. Looks like I'll need to contact eBay customer services.
