Have you ever spent the time to read the ebay money back guarantee
Buyers are well protected against losing money if you do things the correect way.
If you dont receive an item then why are you trying to contact ebay at all.
The resolution centre is at the bottom of the page and you open a not received dispute
All the tools are there for you to use
It is all automated
If you have not recieved your item and it is past the latest estimated day of delivery on the item description
then you can open a not recieved dispute one day after the latest estimated day of delivery on the listing.
You can do that at the bottom of the page under Resolution Centre
Escalate it too ebay after 3 full days
You have 30 days from the latest estimated day of delivery on the item description to open a dispute
No joke, have you never read the Money Back Guarantee, top right of every listing. It is there for you to read and is not a joke.
What have you done so far? You should open a |Not Received dispute in the Resolution Centre
Escalate after 3 working days for a refund.
