Wrong shoe size

I brought a pair of football boots for my son but unfortunately they do not fit him. The seller said they were size 5 which the tag did say but they a very narrow sized shoe. Besides that the shoes are in good condition.
Where do you think I stand on asking for a return or is that just the risk you take when buying second hand shoes on eBay.

IF A BUSINESS Seller they should accept a return, does not fit comes under change of mind and you pay the return postage.

If a Private Seller they are not likely to want to know.

Best Solution is to sell on yourself, making sure you mention "narrow" fitting, you might even make a profit.
