Wrong items been sent by two sellers!

Hi, I have made 2 purchases from two different sellers and I have received incorrect items from both!

I purchased a maths teacher mug and received a chemistry one and I purchased a large t-shirt and received a s /m strapless tunic dress! The only thing that was correct was the colour!

I cannot see how I can get replacements as I have messaged both sellers and heard nothing. If I chose 'return the item' process I then will end up paying postage when it's not my fault! Can anyone help please thanks.

Replacements often do not arrive and you are run out of time for an ebay dispute

 

Open a not as described dispute at the bottom of the page under Resolution Centre.

 

Escalate it after a full 8 days of opening the dispute.

 

The seller needs to send a pre paid label for the return.

 

If they dont then ebay should when you escalate the dispute.

 

Make sure it goes back tracked and that the tracking is in the dispute.

 

You have 30 days from the day of delivery to open a dispute in ebay

If you fail on ebay then you open the dispute in paypal and escalate it as soon as you can but within 20 day
