Wrong decision against my account.

Hi,

Since i had ending my listing recently due to the item no longer available because it got stollen, but i received an e-mail from the ebay team saying that I have sold the item outside e-bay!  Own judgement without proof and enought investigation is really unacceptable and really unfair. Please considering my case again and making fairer conclusio?. This time, your action against my account was extremely wrong!!!

Before you ended the listing, did you respond to any requests for information or a buy-it-now price?  If you did then eBay do assume that you shut the listing to do an off-site deal.  You can appeal if you wish but eBay are currently having a major clamp down.
