Wrong address

Any help please? I've sold an item and sent it to the address ebay emailed me the buyer is saying that's an old address and is incorrect and now opened a case , I can't get hold of ebay and as most people will know there's not the correct option in the case dropndowns for me to respond , this is so frustrating as it's clearly not my fault but expecting as usual  that ebay will just refund the buyer , any advice would be much appreciated

you have to send to the address provided with the payment

if you sent to the first address that ebay shows, before the payment was made, you were in the wrong, as the address can be changed at payment

if you don't have tracking showing delivery to the address provided at payment you will lose the case
