Worried about being scammed by a buyer

Hi, I am selling an XBOX but something does not seem right with the person that has bought it.  No reviews and only just set up account an hour before purchasing xbox.  Also address he has given is incorrect and incorporates 2 seperate addresses. 

I have cancelled order but it now says that money will be refunded, as far as I know money is on hold as I hae not dispatched.  Is this a scam?

If you are concerned you could of Selected "Problem with Buyers Address" as the Reason for the Cancellation. Your EBay Seller Fees would then have been Credited back to your Seller Account.

How did you Cancel the Sale?

Yes I did cancel as problem with buyers address, I just want to check that there isnt a cross over with a refund coming from my bank details held by ebay to the seller and then me not receiving sellers payment but somehow a debit coming off my account.
