Tell the buyer to open a not as described dispute in the resolution centre and you reply return for a refund
You send a pre paid label for the return
Once you have your item back then you go back to the resolution centre and allow ebay to refund and take the money from your paypal account
You get your final value fees back straight away
Ebay will force you to do this
Hopefully you will get your phone back in the same order as you sent it and can sell it again
Make sure you do it all through the resolution centre
Dont refund straight from paypal as you will get a defect on your account
