Won't allow me to pay with PayPal

I've been trying to pay for one item for days and now there is another item to pay for but my eBay account won't talk to my PayPal account.

It messages that there is "No supported browser to open the link".

Try relinking  your eBay and PayPal accounts ... when going through eBay checkout, select the payment method there ... PayPal login is required to complete checkout.
