Winning bid was from Albania!

Hi there,

The item I'm selling was won from someone in Albania. They are yet to pay and have asked for the cost of postage. I've not signed up for any Global Postal Scheme (which I'd found mentioned while looking for an answer to my problem) and the postage I'd put on the listing was for UK Delivery Royal Mail Second Class. What should I do? How were they even able to win the item? Quite new to all this so all a bit confused - any advice/help very welcome. Many thanks.

You seem to have Uk postage only on your listings so the buyer will not be able to pay

If you have a non payer you open a non payment dispute at the bottom of the page under Resolution Centre.

You can open one after 2 days and close after another 4 days.

You get your final value fees back the non payer gets a strike and neither of you can leave feedback.

If you dont do this then ebay do not know you did not get paid and you have to pay the fees.

You have 32 days to open a dispute

To stop members from other countries buying set your buyer requirements to block countries I dont sell to
