If he pays tooday what is the problem?
Ebay thinks 2 days is long enoughh for sellers to wait for payment but many sellers are happy to wait longer.
After 2 days you can open an Unpaid Item Dispute which you can close after another 4 days without payment. This gets you your fees back, buyer gets a strike and you can relist.
Add them to your blocked bidder list.
Don't cancel as this will bring you a defect on your account.
