I have a winning buyer who asked questions about the item after the auction ended, and wants more photos before paying. I was clear in the description that all questions were welcome during the auction. From the beginning, emails have been slightly rude with no pleases or thank yous.
I am an experienced ebayer with 100% feedback and do not like being treated like this. I've answered questions, now do I have to give more photos? Only options for cancelling order seem to be not having stock or problems with address. Please advise....
Do not cancel this order, if they have been rude now it is more than likely they will not accept a cancellation and you will be left with the fees.
You've answered their questions, now maybe a message to politely remind them that payment is due. Give them a couple of days and if payment is not forthcoming open a non payment dispute. Needless to say place them on your BBL!
