Will the Nokia 1100 mobiles have pay as you go sim cards?

If I buy one of the E Bay Nokia 1100s,will it have a pay as you go sim card? (Mobile phone)

They don't come with sim cards but you can get any sim card for them.

Several of the networks provide free pay as you go sim cards - Giff Gaff for example will send you one.
