Why was my feedback removed?

I put feedback for a seller and they requested it was removed, I gave my reason, the seller took a while to post the item and it was delayed in the post so it took nearly a week for special delivery but it got removed, why is this?

2 Days to Post is in Ebay's Guidelines. Not everyone can Post the next day.

So I paid for special delivery (expected it within a day or 2) I paid on the 14th and didn’t receive till the 19th

Because it was probably Royal Mail who caused the Delay Not the Seller. A lot of Post has been delayed due to Covid.

The seller said they would post the next day (even though I paid before 9am) and didn’t post till 2 days later.
