My address was taken from Paypal and was incorrect. Within less than a minute, I attempted to cancel the order so I could remake it as per this guide - https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/buying/buy-now/cancel-order?id=4004
There was no option to cancel under Purchase History.When I clicked on the guide again, I saw the item that I wanted to cancel and on the guide itself, when I attempted to select the item on the guide page to cancel it, I was told it was not cancellable and to contact the seller.
The seller was not responsive and somehow very conveniently has now posted the product to the wrong address hundreds of miles away from me.
To tell me that I cannot cancel an order a few seconds after I make it is just ridiculous. I can't understand why I was not given an option to cancel an order if it hadn't even dispatched.
